Through the photographs we have tried to capture the colour, texture and form of the pots closest to the real thing however small variations are inevitable. Also, please be aware that the nature of ‘hand-made’ lies in its quirkiness and mini differences in colour, texture etc are all part of the joy.

The prices include the cost of packaging and postage WITHIN UK. Pots can be posted internationally, but de get in touch to request postage charges for countries outside the UK.. Please allow approx. 2 weeks from the time you buy the pots to receiving it. If you live local to Chichester, you are welcome to collect personally which will save you time.

Special gifts 
Please do contact us if your purchase is a gift for someone and you would like the pots gift -wrapped with a personalised note added to it – we will be happy to add the special touch!

Commissions
If you would like to order some of the pots that feature in the collection’s images but are not readily available, please get in touch and we can discuss how we can match your needs.

Returns Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, for example) we will reimburse your return postage costs as well as the full cost of your purchase. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, we require the item to be returned in as new condition, and we will just refund the cost of the item, not your return postage costs.

When returning an item, please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage in transit, so ensure that it is adequately wrapped up and you use a suitable method of shipping with proof of delivery.
